I often struggle to find the right word to describe Diana because she is fantastically everything one could ask for rolled into one: nutritional expert, physical fitness expert, motivational expert, lifestyle expert, and overall guru.

Working through Diana's three month and follow up six-week programs, my perception of physical exercise and the need for eating healthy, including eating far more protein, radically changed. And we addressed the mental roadblocks that stopped me from working out properly and eating well. My primary goal was to reach a working out and eating lifestyle, with allowances for indulgences (like wine and dessert), that I am able realistically sustain over the next 20 years. Diana got me there and it's up to me to keep it up. I feel healthy, physically rock solid, and optimistic.

I have had a lifelong struggle with weight, fitness and managing my priorities effectively so that self-care was at the top of the list. Diana guided me in digging into my motivators, triggers and in-grained thought patterns which kept me on the weight roller coaster and self-defeating behaviors. I have a very full schedule and Diana worked on a routine with me which was easily incorporated into my life without being "just another thing to do". Her passion alone for what she does is a huge motivator for me. She taught me how to look at my choices and behaviors with curiosity, without judgement and determine what works for me and what needs to be discarded. There was never "scolding" for less-than-the-best choices, rather judgement-free examination with the goal being to do better, we stayed connected throughout the week making accountability easy. Diana "gets" the complexity of weight loss, life changes, self-sabotage and how it works together. Her access to world-class resources helps create a plan which is truly individualized.
